Terms of Service

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission, regardless of the reason.
-Work is for personal use only. If you plan to use the work for commercial use that is a separate fee.
-No work may be used any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs or cryptocurrency.
-Do not sell, redistribute the work, or claim it as your own.
-Full payment is required up front via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi order.
-Big changes will only be allowed during the sketch phase. After that then there will be a fee.
-Full payment is required upfront. I do not start working until payment is received.
-Payment is non-refundable, unless I discontinue your request.
-If you have a hard deadline, please let me know. Depending on the complexity of the order turn around time is usually 1-4 weeks. I am happy to accommodate to deadlines and do rush orders for an additional fee.
-A sketch will be sent to you for approval before inking, coloring, and completing the piece. During this time, you may ask for revisions. You receive one round of revisions free of charge. Further revisions come with an additional fee per round of revisions.

Sharing terms

- You may share your commission on social media.
-You MUST credit me, preferably to my twitter or my instagram.
-I reserve the right to use all commissioned artworks for personal/portfolio use.

Instructions

-Please send me visual references of your character. If you don't have a proper reference image available, any other type visual representation (pinterest board, photos of desired hairstyle, clothing, etc) works.
-If you have a specific expression/pose/action in mind for the piece, let me know!
-If your order consists of two or more characters, let me know if they should be interacting with each other.
